DOC LM-C1 · EFFECTIVE 21 AUG 2026
the shortest cookie policy you’ll read this year
The short answer
consent first, then optional tools
We do not run advertising pixels or analytics suites. We do use a consent banner (Termly) so you can accept, decline, or pick categories before optional tools run. Essential storage for security and remembering that choice may be set. Optional live chat (tawk.to) is classified as Performance and Functionality and does not load until you allow that category. Typefaces are self-hosted. Use Cookie Settings in the footer to change your mind, then reload.
What cookies are
thirty seconds of homework
Cookies are small text files websites store in your browser, used for things like logins, carts, preferences — and, on much of the web, for analytics and advertising trackers that follow you around. We use them for exactly none of those things.
What this site actually uses
essential consent plus optional chat
Necessary: Termly stores your consent choice so we can honor it on later visits. Our host (Cloudflare) keeps short-lived security logs. Quote and newsletter forms send only what you type, only when you press the button, to our email provider (Resend) and are stored so we can reply.
Optional (off until you allow the matching category): tawk.to live chat, which can set cookies, local storage, and a visitor session even if you never send a message. Do not type card numbers or health details into chat.
No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no tag manager, no session recording, no fingerprinting, no advertising cookies.
Third-party requests
named processors
Your browser may talk to: Cloudflare (hosting), Termly (consent), tawk.to (optional chat after Performance and Functionality consent), and, when you submit a form, Resend (email delivery). Typefaces are served from this Site. Each recipient gets only the technical data needed for that job. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If that ever changes
we’ll ask first — that’s a promise
If we add another optional tool, we will classify it in Termly, update this page, and keep it blocked until you allow the matching category. A future Stripe-hosted checkout will process cards on Stripe’s pages, not in our forms.
Managing cookies anyway
Cookie Settings, then your browser
Use the Cookie Settings button in the footer to reopen Termly, change categories, or withdraw optional consent. Then reload. You can also block or delete cookies in the browser (Settings → Privacy). Blocking all cookies may hide the banner’s memory of your last choice.
