The fine print.

Shipping & Returns

Our policies, written in plain English by the people who pack the boxes. Short enough to actually read, honest enough to hold us to.

mugs are fragile. our promises aren’t.

1.0

Shipping

We ship anywhere in the U.S. — free over $45 USD, flat $6 USD under. Everything is packed in molded pulp and straw, no plastic peanuts. International orders: write to us first and we’ll quote the honest cost in USD. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days after we inspect the return.

2.0

Breakage

If a mug arrives broken, send a photo within 14 days and we ship a replacement free — no return, no forms, plus a condolence card for the fallen. Ceramics break; grudges shouldn’t.

3.0

Returns

Unused mugs can come back within 30 days for a full refund. If the mistake was ours — wrong subject, wrong address label — the return shipping is on us too.

4.0

Exchanges

Want to swap Astronomy for Chemistry? Email us before returning anything — usually we just ship the new one and cross our fingers you’ll keep both.
